ALEXANDER NOOREDIN LATIFI AND AXION CORPORATION ACQUITTED

Pursuant to a district court's order the United States announces that on October 30, 2007, Alexander Nooredin Latifi and Axion Corporation were acquitted, following a bench trial, of all charges against them, including charges of illegally exporting military technology without a license, fraud, and submission of false documents. Latifi and Axion Corporation were reinstated as government contractors in good standing, effective November 14, 2007.
