FBI
Honors Internship Program The FBI hires approximately 100 interns each
summer to work at FBI headquarters in Washington D.C. and the FBI Academy in Quantico,
Virginia. Candidates for this internship must have a cumulative grade point average
of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) and must be either an undergraduate student enrolled in
their junior year at the time they apply or a graduate level student who is returning
to his/her campus in the fall semester following the program. The application
process is laborious and highly competitive but the program is an extremely rewarding
experience. The FBI Birmingham Division recruits for this position in September
and October of each year and the interns are selected in December. Completed applications,
with all required supportive documents, must be received no later than November
