FBI AND BIRMINGHAM POLICE DEPARTMENT SEEK INFORMATION ON JEFFERSON COUNTY TEACHERS CREDIT UNION ROBBERY

Birmingham - Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Carmen S. Adams announced today that the Jefferson County Teachers Credit Union, 409 Huffman Road, Birmingham, Alabama was robbed at approximately 9:00 a.m. by two black males armed with handguns. The individuals tied the employees up and robbed the credit union of an undisclosed amount of money.

These individuals were professionally dressed in shirts and ties. Following the robbery the individuals fled on foot. No one was injured during the robbery.
